How to prepare for class:

  • Bring a yoga mat; we have extra if you don't have one yet
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal for two hours before class - if you are hungry eat fruit, it digests easily
  • Please minimize perfumes as many people suffer from allergies
  • Turn off cell phones
  • Bring a water bottle, we have spring water at the studio
  • Please arrive with a few minutes to spare
  • If you are arriving late please be mindful and quietly join us
For the next 75 minutes you are free to
leave your worries at the door
