Open to all, this is a basic level workshop.
This workshop is both an introduction to meditation as well as a refresher for those who already meditate. We will practise techniques used in yogic meditation, discuss what it means to meditate and learn basic breathing practises (pranayamas) to help quiet the mind.
We will end with a guided meditation followed by prashad (a tasty but nutritional snack).
Handouts will be available.
Pre-registration is required as class size is limited.
