 Done barefoot to diverse and inspiring music, Nia is a transformational movement practice that teaches you to be more JOYFUL, EXPRESSIVE, and ALIVE in your body, both inside and outside of the studio.  Nia is holistic, engaging your body, mind, emotions and spirit.  Nia draws from dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to create purposeful movement that will help you grow and learn.

Sunday mornings Little Yogis (3-6 yrs old) 9:00 ~ 9:45 am Kid's Yoga (7-11 yrs old) 10:15 ~ 11:15 am Classes include a wonderful mixture of yoga, postures, breathing and relaxation. Drop-ins are always welcome!

Runners Yoga


Saturday mornings at 10 am The perfect complement to running, yoga increases strength, flexibility, lung capacity and mental focus. We will work with postures and breathing exercises especially beneficial to runners. This is a multi-level class, non-runners are welcome!
